Greetings,
As the academic year progresses, we find ourselves preparing to exceed the excellent standard set by Brother Wesley Pennycooke and the chapter brothers of the 2017-2018 academic year. Bro. Pennycooke’s term was filled with both accomplishment and innovation as we saw a series of innovative programs, an improvement of chapter relations both in and out of house, an increase in social clout, the execution of a great Pharaoh's Ball, and a very successful year at the district, regional, and national levels. We thank him for his service and dedication to building upon the great legacy that is Psi.
As the helm of this great ship has been passed to me, I welcome the responsibility with an increased level of confidence, faith, and optimism! It is an honor to be at the forefront of our legacy’s continued success. My goal as President is to innovate the programs and initiatives implemented by the previous Presidents, introduce a new annual event to the yard, take the Pharaoh's Ball to new heights, build upon the momentum from our last two regional and national conventions by claiming both the regional and national Chapter of the Year, and further strengthen the bond of our brotherhood. I look forward to strengthening our relations with our alumni, fellow chapters in the region, and the other organizations on the yard. We will continue to set the standard and lead our community as we climb the evergreens that society planted to slow us down.
Thank you brothers for setting such a sturdy foundation for us to build upon. We look forward to adding to Psi’s legacy as we continue to build onward and upward towards the light!
